I love making trifle with strawberry and rhubarb. As it is one of the best desserts I know, it was a natural choice to attempt making a strawberry and rhubarb trifle cheesecake. What has always appealed to me with trifles, is the different consistencies from the fruit, cream, macaroons, and how the flavours mix for a comprehensive experience. I have tried to reach the same taste and experience in this cheesecake, and I do think I have succeeded quite well.
