Chocolate turtle cheesecake
Chocolate, caramel and pecans, carried over into a cheesecake. I was right!
The Americans do not know about our national pride and joy, the “Tom’s turtles”, but they do have a cheesecake named “Turtle cheesecake”. It consists of chocolate, caramel and pecans. I have made this recipe because I really enjoy chocolate and caramel turtles, and I thought that if I could transfer this flavour to a cheesecake, it would be just perfect. I was right!
